Your HD space is 300gb, you have only about 700mb of free space.

A bigger problem is your ram, which is only 4 GB.

Your card is shit. My phone has better processing power.

You should upgrade the HD, bump up the ram to 8 gb (check if your motherboard supports that and which RAM to use), and use the PC as a work station. Get a counsel to play games. Or buy a newish computer.
