3. Refrain or attempt to reduce your usage of foul language in posts. In my experience, it is usually the less educated, less accomplished, & less intelligent people who rely on profanity to make up for their linguistic shortcomings. Don’t be one of those people.

Also drug possession is no longer a crime in Washington state.

...it is a little weird though, because the same technicality that the Washington state supreme court used as a basis to make all drugs legal... yeah, that same legal doctrine, regarding the need for specific definitions in order make laws go BRRRRR... yeah there's no specific definition for "emergency" under our "emergency powers" laws... so technically speaking the Washington state supreme court already functionally removed Inslee's power... they uh... I guess they just haven't gotten around to letting him know! :D

You have to establish JURISDICTION!

In general federal law will supersede state law, but only as far as the powers that the federal government has.

And the federal government does NOT have the power to regulate drugs... at all... period.

There is NOTHING in the Constitution, or ANY founding document that gives the federal government power over ANYTHING you want to put into your body... or don't want to put into your body.

Hence the whole, "my body, my choice" doctrine. Which is also federally protected under "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness".

Just as state assisted suicide laws are protected because life is federally protected, but so is liberty and the pursuit of happiness... and so if all you're capable of is feeling miserable by continuing to be alive, then you have the liberty to end your own life and the government can't intercede because they only have 1/3rd of the proverbial Triforce.

Did ya get all that?
