Crazy. Thought the "low transmission outside" theory was pretty much universally accepted now.
And masks only reduce your chance of catching the virus, they dont eliminate it. The virus is so small it goes through most masks if some Wuhan person walks right up to you and sneezes in your face, which I imagine often happens in a wild country like Australia.
