For years, it is evident that this article is in a plethora of violations due to privacy concerns. It is against federal laws according to the United States Privacy Act of 1976 for any such individual to expose any such personal information regarding a person's name, address, number, public records, and everything beyond. There are indeed laws that forbid any such sufficient breach of data on any victim's personal information. Any site, especially here on ED, could be held accountable for due to excessive breaches in other people's personal data. Even so on, anyone's personal data posted here or somewhere else is a harmful, dangerous, and unlawful act on any account. This could lead to libel damages to a victim's life and lead to defamation of character.
Intentionally revealing personal information online is illegal, which could come with the intention to punish, intimidate, or humiliate the victim in question. The definition of how criminals expose personal information about others is contrary to having a secure app such as Lifelock. Any victim who had their personal information online leaked to ED or any other source have experienced multiple conditions, including PTSD.
The FBI and Secret Service have been constantly investigating these matters in their field offices to determine who is responsible for posting any such personal information. As for ED, the site could face a severe punishment for unauthorized personal information farming and photos taken from people without express written consent.
