Here is a newer case, were I successfully sued a Cook County Judge for having me fired:

The Judge made a false complaint that I called him, in order to have me fired and narc me out. I represented myself, sued him for defamation and a shit ton else. And won an appeal against his lawyer (the Attorney General of the State of Illinois).

Well, whatever it was
That wasn't me then, I fucked with him like 2012-13 something like that. I never did anything else after.

Military Jail sucks, but it depends on the location and branch.

Believe it or not the Air Force is the hardest. I went to Lackland where they do their bootcamp. And they run their confinement...like their bootcamp.

Navy was fun for my second court-martial. Great Chow Hall, plus Basketball. You were only allowed 7 hours of sleep, but I would turn my back and sleep with a book under my chin.

Best part? I was fucking paid for it for four months and got the charges dismissed.

Oh I got a prison question too: did you come across this hard motherfucka in your cell block?
I used to fuck with the new guys and pretend I was gay and have them grab my pocket. The other guys would be in on it too. They would go to them and say "that big dude is gay, you'll have to be his bitch"

It wasn't a Cell, a big open Bay like in the movie full metal jacket.

The Guards would fuck with you constantly, I mean real evil shit. At first I was scared but after 7 months I was doing shit like sneaking out with my debit card and eating off-base, farting in their faces when they would search me, organize complaints against them for every little thing they did.

Im saying its 2020 and i dont care what happened a decade ago
woosh, I missed that. Also in my case I trolled someone by sending their money to a Siberian Children's Charity. I wasn't stealing it for my own use.

Funny thing is, one of my charges was 18 USC 1030 "exceeding authorized access". I already had complete access, two JAG officers in a preliminary hearing recommended that the charges be dropped. But they found me guilty anyways.

Last month the Supreme Court agreed to hear Van Buren v. United States. The question:

Issue: Whether a person who is authorized to access information on a computer for certain purposes violates Section 1030(a)(2) of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act if he accesses the same information for an improper purpose.

If that guy wins, then it will invalidate my conviction. Which means I might return to the Air Force next year. I said might, because they will probably fuck with me anyway.

Did those complaints do anything to the guards or just piss them off even further?

Another thing.

90+% were in there for drugs. It's a crime to fail a drug test in the military. And they had mandatory AA meetings.

So when the AA guys would come, I would usually be by myself. Then I decided to go to AA and not be left out.
