The filing is poorly written despite the law firm being the owned by the head of Navada's state bar.
It fails to prove anything, which wouldn't matter anyway because ED itself never edited the article and it has save harbor protections against things its users write.
Additionally, the anti SLAPP laws in the state are so restrictive, you could sue him back and would be almost guaranteed to win 10k and attorneys fees.
