Edit request: update list of lolcows to discount whoever's dry or missing

• Cheeyev: Last real edits were in 2017, and has there been anything lulzworthy about him anymore?
• BlueCatRiolu: Quarantined from all social media by his family since 2019, and has the milked tag for a reason.
• Nick Bate: In prison since 2016 or 2015, but with some updates like his diagnosis of schizotypal disorder.
• Terry Davis: An hero.
• Super Minecraft Kid: A troll all along who played a lolcow persona for the lulz.

Surprised that Dusk The Raccoon doesn't have info despite being a horrorcow himself who's now known to have groomed BlueCatRiolu into being one himself. Cansin13 was never there either, and he most likely deserves the milked tag.
