Look at haiti for example

Bingo. The US has spent well over $1 TRILLION (probably closer to $2 trillion) in the past 45 yearsjust to help negroes live in a modern western nation. They've basically squandered all of it. As a group, they NEVER improve their lot. They NEVER do anything that will help themselves longterm.

Look at Africa. It is blessed with incredible amounts of resources and yet the African blacks revert to tribal behaviour and never better themselves. It is astounding.
